Learn how to install and configure the Chatwik live chat widget on your Webflow website.

If your website is created with Webflow and you want to talk to your Webflow website visitors in real-time, you can add the Chatwik live chat widget to your website. Follow the steps described below.

Installation & Setup

Create a Website Inbox in Chatwik

If you haven't created a website inbox yet, refer to the Website Live Chat Setup guide for detailed instructions on creating a website inbox and retrieving your widget script snippet.

Install the Generated Script in Webflow 1. Log into your Webflow account

and select your project. 2. Open Site Settings. 3. Navigate to Custom Code → Footer Code. 4. Paste your Chatwik live chat widget script snippet into the Footer Code text box. 5. Click Save Changes.

Publish the Changes 1. Click on Publish in the top right header. 2.

Select your desired website domains. 3. Click Publish to Selected Domains.

Verify Installation

Visit your live Webflow website and verify that the Chatwik live chat widget appears on your site.
